Intentional Living. What does it look like? Living less out of habit, more living out of intent. Not just going through the motions but choosing to live from a place of purpose. Yoga helps use live intentionally by teaching us to live one breath at a time.

108 Sun Salutaions
Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a series of linked asanas (postures) combining movement with breath (vinyasa). The intention of this practice is to welcome the light which illuminates consciousness and the connection between all living and breathing beings! The idea is to burn away that which does not serve us, to uncover the holding patterns within the body and to allow the body the freedom to move organically. As we begin to be more active and spend more of our time outside during the summer months, this practice of 108 (a divine number) is perfect for the transition into to summer by preparing the body for increased activities. It also helps us to shed the layers we have built throughout the winter months of self-reflection and to sow the seeds of new growth that we planted in the spring. Join us for this beautiful and sacred practice! Class led by Elle Jay
