Falls around the corner and with the beautiful leaves turning... that means allergies are also more likely to flare up!!
Stay ahead of the season by learning some cool massage and stretching tricks with Gao. These techniques are methods she has learned through her own limitations of sinus pressure migraines and uses in her massage sessions to alleviate sinus pressure and the miserable feeling of stuffy nose and watery eyes!
This is also great for staying ahead of any upper respiratory sickness as well!!!
P.s. you'll even come out with a natural way to do a facelift (because the puffiness in your face, is usually from the inflammation.. which we are going to learn to alleviate)!
